Cock Forward Inspiró’s Anniversary Issue Shows It All
Inspiró is back and celebrating its one-year anniversary with the release of Issue 4.
We are thrilled to welcome back Inspiró — one of our favorite publications by photographer and creative visionary Mark Alan, the artist behind The Male Muse.
The first anniversary issue features 12 artists across 112 pages, spanning themes of “love, desire, identity, and eroticism” through striking charcoal drawings, mixed media portraits, hand-crafted vignettes, and more.
With each issue, Mark redefines expectations of male nudity in art — how it is displayed, reviewed, and internalized. His work with Inspiró gives us permission to look deeper, longer, for the meaning or feeling in each nude image. “Inspiró transcends the notion of a magazine — it’s a collectible art object designed to be revisited, reinterpreted, and devoured.”
With this newest release, Mark introduces us to Saul Lyons, The Bumblewolf, Bruno Leydet, Jacques Noir, Zach Grear, Ryan Benjamin, Refael Salem, Sergio Daniel Rodrigo Luis Bardot, as well as Jon Ariza De Miguel and P.C.P Fotografie, who have their own features as part of the Gayety Artist Spotlight.
